Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for delivery, setup and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen and supplies, and for educating patients and caregivers on safe use.

The role includes in-person and phone customer service, with a VA site paying $20.83 per hour and bonus eligibility. Travel to patient homes using a company or personal vehicle is required, and you may coordinate with insurance providers for coverage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries, setup and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person.
• Coordinate verification of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
• Prepare paperwork including invoices and route sheets.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle and follow safety policies.
