Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at patients' homes, while providing instruction and support to patients and caregivers.

The role includes on-site and phone-based customer service, with on-call support and travel to patient locations as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with medical equipment preferred, and strong English communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical equipment, preferred.
• One year of related work experience, preferred.
• Medical terminology, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily delivery forms and paperwork.
• Deliver, set up and maintain equipment at patient homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use.
• Coordinate verification of insurance coverage.
• Provide customer service in person and over the phone.
