Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at patient homes, and to provide instruction to patients and caregivers on proper use. The role includes phone and in-person customer service to patients and referral sources.

Responsibilities include completing delivery paperwork, coordinating insurance verification, and ensuring devices are safely maintained. Travel to patients' homes is required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities
