Responsibilities

• Manages patient intake and order processing, entering data into EMR and verifying insurance or self-pay status.
• Coordinates delivery and fulfillment of equipment and supplies with timely scheduling.
• Supports patient discharges and transitions with hospital liaisons for equipment setup at home.
• Processes POS transactions by entering orders and coordinating delivery or pick-up in clinical or retail settings.
• Collaborates across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective relationships.
• Maintains knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing and privacy regulations.
