Responsibilities

• Triage and route inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Process patient intake and orders by entering data into the EMR and verifying insurance or self-pay.
• Coordinate delivery and fulfillment of equipment and supplies with timely scheduling.
• Support discharges and transitions of care ensuring proper equipment setup at home.
• Provide one-on-one patient education and fittings per physician orders and needs.
• Handle POS transactions and coordinate delivery or pickup in clinical and retail settings.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing, plus privacy rules.
