Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to inquiries; triages and routes to the appropriate department.
• Coordinates patient intake and order processing by gathering referral information, entering data into EMR, and verifying insurance or self-pay status.
• Manages delivery and fulfillment of medical equipment and supplies with timely coordination with delivery staff.
• Supports patient discharges and transitions of care to ensure timely equipment setup for home use.
• Provides one-on-one patient support, including equipment education and fittings.
• Processes POS transactions by entering orders, receiving payments, and coordinating delivery or pickup in clinical and retail settings.
• Collaborates across departments to ensure seamless service delivery; maintains relationships and prioritizes workflow.
• Maintains knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing requirements and privacy regulations.
