Intermountain Health is seeking a Home Medical Equipment Coordinator to manage intake, order processing, and equipment setup for home use. You will verify insurance, document medical necessity, and coordinate deliveries with care teams, patients, and referrers.

In this full-time role, you will educate patients and caregivers, perform fittings, and ensure compliance with privacy and billing guidelines while delivering excellent service across clinical and retail settings.

• Support discharges and transitions with hospital staff for equipment setup.
• Provide one‑on‑one patient education and fittings.
• Process POS transactions and coordinate delivery or pickup.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and privacy regulations.
