Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Home Medical Equipment Coordinator to manage intake, coordination and timely fulfillment of HME orders. This role acts as a liaison among referral sources, providers, patients, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and medical necessity.

You will verify insurance, coordinate deliveries, provide patient education, and assist with equipment setups, ensuring safety and proper use. Occasional field deliveries may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle patient intake and order processing in EMR.
• Coordinate delivery and fulfillment of medical equipment and supplies.
• Provide one-on-one equipment education and fittings for patients and caregivers.
• Process POS transactions in clinical and retail settings.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing requirements and privacy rules.
