JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan process and promote mortgage products within the community. You will be the primary contact from initial engagement to closing, navigating regulatory requirements and coordinating with partners to ensure a smooth loan experience.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales/real estate, at least five years of mortgage sales experience, and deep knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in Windows.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and the community, building a pipeline of buyers.
• Act as mortgage expert and promote loan originations with external relationships.
• Partner with branch teams to train on products and refer clients to bankers.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through targeted marketing and outreach.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan origination process, addressing concerns and coordinating with partners.
