Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines
• Ability to build external referral sources (realtors, nonprofits, community groups)
• Strong written and verbal communication for homeowner education and outreach
• Knowledge of local housing market and compliance with Chase policies
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local assistance programs
• Promote mortgage products to existing Chase customers and community members
• Act as mortgage expert and drive origination activities with external partners
• Partner with branch team to train staff and connect clients to bankers for additional products
• Create outstanding customer experiences through marketing and outreach campaigns
• Serve as the single point of contact through loan origination from engagement to closing
