• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage changing work demand.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiries for prequalification and complete applications.
• Review documents with Home Lending Advisors and discuss products/pricing as needed.
• Identify potential issues in complex files and coordinate solutions with Advisors.
• Manage pipeline and communicate status to borrowers, builders, and Realtors.
• Coordinate submissions and closings with realtors and processing centers to support Advisors.
