JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will guide clients through mortgage options, collaborate with bankers, and promote a broad range of home lending products while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional service.

The role emphasizes real estate market knowledge, strong communication, and a consultative approach to meet customers’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
