Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor for our Chase Home Lending team in Chicago. You will serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, guiding them with expertise in mortgage products and regulatory compliance while collaborating with branch teams.

You will promote products, educate clients, and grow a strong local referral network, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth origination and closing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales or real estate.
• Five years mortgage sales experience with product, credit, and process knowledge.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and low-down payment products.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and ability to build external referral sources.
• Track record of customer satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication for community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to customers and educate non-mortgage-ready clients until they apply.
• Act as mortgage expert to promote loan originations with community relationships.
• Partner with branch team to train on products and refer clients to bankers.
• Create outstanding customer experience through marketing and outreach efforts.
• Serve as single point of contact through the loan origination process.
