House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Inspector based in College Park, Maryland. You will conduct due diligence inspections on properties and assist teams with construction and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher, has excellent communication and computer skills, and preferably is a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA. This role offers a competitive salary with a compensation range of $50,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and document progress.
• Inspect homes daily to ensure construction progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and marketing material.
• Deliver necessary equipment to houses.
