House Buyers of America is looking for a Home Inspector responsible for performing due diligence inspections on properties acquired by the company. This role involves assessing property conditions, running detailed reports, and collaborating with construction teams to ensure all tasks are completed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, excellent communication skills, and experience as a licensed inspector, although licensure is preferred but not required. This is a remote position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
• Great communication skills and computer skills are necessary.
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist with construction and settlement tasks.
• Inspect homes daily to monitor progress.
