Job summary

Quad Recruitment partners with a growing healthcare organization specializing in home infusion services. A Territory Manager is sought to drive patient referrals, grow market share, and build strong provider relationships across a defined territory in New York.

You will work cross-functionally with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure a smooth referral and treatment process, deliver educational presentations, and meet revenue goals while expanding the referral network with

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Infusion sales required.
• Background in healthcare sales/provider engagement preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and territory management abilities.
• Understanding of reimbursement and payer processes advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with providers, clinics, and payors to support referrals.
• Manage and grow an assigned territory toward revenue goals.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and referral channels.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Provide educational presentations to clinical partners and represent at industry events.
• Monitor territory activity and adjust outreach strategies.
• Maintain documentation of outreach, CRM activity, and expenses.
• Stay informed on therapies, diseases, and payer processes affecting infusion services.
