Job summary

Quad Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing national home infusion provider to recruit a Territory Manager for the Brooklyn/Staten Island area. You will drive referral growth by building relationships with clinics, physicians, payors, and healthcare partners to support chronic infusion therapies and IVIG treatments.

You will collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake and operations to ensure seamless patient care, high-quality service and expanding market share while meeting revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales or home infusion
• Ability to develop provider relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of reimbursement policies is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors to generate referrals for chronic infusion and IVIG therapies
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction
• Drive territory growth and revenue performance, achieving net revenue and profit goals
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the region
• Participate in sales meetings, provider education sessions, and in-service presentations
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic growth plans
• Address customer service issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation including call reports, expense reports, and territory activity updates
• Stay informed on disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement policies
