Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile preparations and patient supply assembly under the supervision of a pharmacist. This role supports ongoing operations in the ambulatory infusion setting and requires strict adherence to USP 797 and SOPs.

Responsibilities include maintaining sterile techniques, managing inventory, documenting conditions, completing logs, and coordinating timely refills and deliveries.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Registered with the State Board of Pharmacy if applicable in state(s) of service area(s).

Responsabilidades

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Ensure drugs are prepared in appropriate containers with labels.
• Monitor environmental conditions and document readings.
• Maintain On Track Task Logs daily.
• Manage timely refills to prevent interruptions.
• Upload delivery tickets into Care Tend and confirm with signed Admission Agreement.
• Conduct patient follow-up calls and document information.
• Order medications to keep inventory stocked.
• Enter supplies into the inventory system (Vital Systems).
• Store drugs and supplies safely and keep workspace organized.
• Inspect shelves and reorder as needed.
• Conduct monthly inventory of supplies in ambulatory infusion suite.
• Report misconduct to HR.
• Build relationships with clients and provide proactive support.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and referral sources.
• Assist with quality control and performance improvement as directed by the PIC.
• Report product incidents as required by policy.
• Work as a team to complete tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
