Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile preparations and patient supply assembly under the supervision of a pharmacist. The role involves following USP 797 protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe, accurate medication preparation.

The position emphasizes diligent environmental monitoring, proper labeling, effective communication with the PIC, and teamwork to ensure uninterrupted patient care and inventory management.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet all State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Registered with the State Board of Pharmacy if applicable in state(s) of service area(s).

Responsabilidades

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow all SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations and requirements.
• Clean all work surfaces, equipment, floors, ceilings, and walls according to USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Assure that all drugs prepared by the pharmacy are prepared in appropriate containers that are adequately labeled.
• Monitor and document environmental conditions daily and notify PIC when readings are out of range.
