Workforce Recruiter seeks a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile compounding and patient supply assembly under direct supervision of a Pharmacist in Charge. Responsibilities include following USP 797, SOPs, labeling, environmental monitoring, inventory, and patient follow-up.

Position requires high school diploma, 18+, state board eligibility, and preferred pharmacy tech training or healthcare experience. Team-oriented, detail-focused candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Registered with the State Board of Pharmacy if applicable in state(s) of service area(s).

Responsabilidades

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations and requirements.
• Clean all work surfaces, equipment, floors, ceilings, and walls according to USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Assure containers are adequately labeled for drugs prepared by the pharmacy.
• Monitor and document environmental conditions daily and report out-of-range readings.
• Maintain On Track Task Logs daily.
• Manage timely refills to ensure uninterrupted patient treatments.
• Upload delivery tickets into Care Tend and confirm with signed Admission Agreement.
• Conduct patient follow-up assessment calls and document thoroughly.
• Order medication to keep inventory well-stocked and patient needs met.
• Enter supplies into the inventory system.
• Properly store drugs and supplies to uphold safety standards.
• Inspect shelves to prevent shortages; conduct monthly inventory of ambulatory infusion supplies.
• Report misconduct or unethical activities to Human Resources.
• Build positive relationships with clients through attentive, friendly support.
• Exhibit good written and verbal communication with colleagues, supervisors, patients, and referral sources.
• Assist with quality control and performance improvement activities as directed by the PIC.
• Report product incidents as required by company policy.
• Work as a team to complete tasks; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
