Job summary

Option Care Health seeks an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in patients' homes or infusion suites. You will implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and ensure documentation supports billing and quality care.

Requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years infusion experience. Travel up to 100% is expected; BSN preferred. Company offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).
• 1–2 years of nursing or infusion experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.
• Basic computer literacy for charting and billing.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Documents care in real-time and ensures timely billing documentation.
• Coordinates discharge planning and reports patient progress to physicians.
• Complies with HIPAA, safety, and agency policies; travels to patient homes.
