Job summary

AmeriPharma in United States is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in home infusion to join our care team. The role combines infusion therapy with patient education, delivering in-home treatments such as IVIG and IV biologics while coordinating with the pharmacy and healthcare providers.

The RN will educate patients, document interventions, and maintain safety and quality in home infusion programs under the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in home infusion or infusion centers.
• Experience with IV immunoglobulins and IV biologics; CRNI preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home infusion visits per care plan.
• Document nursing notes and interventions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapy protocols.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare team.
• Assess and monitor patient progress and safety.
• Coordinate with physicians and caregivers to optimize care.
