Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. The role combines infusion visits and patient education, delivering in-home care and support for treatments such as IVIG and biologics.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will provide telephone and in-person guidance, ensure adherence, and collaborate with the pharmacy to optimize outcomes in home infusion programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion/infusion centers.
• CRNI certification preferred; IVIG/IV biologics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home infusion visits per care plan.
• Provide patient education on therapy protocols and side effects.
• Document interventions in clinical and non-clinical records.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare team to optimize care.
• Assess patient status and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence.
