AmeriPharma seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion experience to join our team. The role combines infusion therapy and patient education, delivering in-home care and support for treatments such as IVIG, TPN, and IV biologics.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will perform in-home visits, document care, educate patients, coordinate with pharmacy, and ensure adherence to therapy plans while maintaining compliant records and high-quality patient outcomes.

Formación

• RN license in good standing
• 2+ years of home infusion/infusion center experience
• CRNI certification preferred
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics
• Experience with peripheral IV starts and phlebotomy for adults and children

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits per plan of care.
• Prepare nursing notes and document interventions in records.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and other departments.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and procedures.
• Explain therapy plans, medications, and adherence importance.
• Serve as liaison between patient, family, and pharmacy for seamless care.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and initiate preventive care.
• Develop and revise care plans with needed services and supplies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans with the team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
