Job summary

AmeriPharma in the United States is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion therapy expertise to join our team for in-home care and patient education, including treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will provide telephone and in-person guidance under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, performing assessments, creating care plans, and collaborating with pharmacy to ensure adherence and safe therapy in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• RN state license required.
• 2+ years of home infusion experience.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy for adults and children preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits per care plan.
• Prepare nursing notes and document patient interventions.
• Serve as clinical resource; collaborate with pharmacy and other departments.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and home infusion procedures.
• Ensure patients understand therapy plans and adherence.
• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and revise care plans as needed.
• Coordinate information between patient, family, and providers.
