Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee operations across pharmacy, admin, and sales in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

The Manager (PIC) will monitor the financial performance and communicate with owners and corporate on finance, performance improvement, and clinical implementation of therapies.

Lead a qualified team, ensure safe, compliant practice, and drive growth while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a B.S. or PharmD and be in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with employees, referral sources, physicians, and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
• Strong business and financial understanding for profitable pharmacy operations.
• Preferred: three years of clinical experience
• Preferred: experience managing pharmacy support personnel
• Preferred: one year infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience
• Preferred: sterile compounding training

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Oversee pharmacy facilities, operations, and staff performance.
• Interface with Board of Management and staff on key issues.
• Hire, orient, and evaluate employees across departments.
• Uphold regulatory mandates in health care provision.
• Implement company policies and procedures for patient service.
• Assist in strategic planning to increase revenue and care quality.
• Maintain knowledge of USP <797> for sterile compounding quality and sterility.
• Drive performance improvement: set goals, develop plans, and monitor outcomes.
• Review charts and lab results for product and device selection and supply management.
• Assess physician orders for appropriateness, cost, safety, and completeness.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate results to the physician and team.
• Supervise pharmacy operations and staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Support training and orientation of new employees and ongoing education.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
