Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Support Supervisor in Ridgewood, NY to assist the Area Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager in ensuring patients receive prescribed therapies in line with policy, standards, and accrediting bodies.

The role oversees schedulers and clerks implementing nursing services with a focus on quality and compliance. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in home health care, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate daily activities

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• LPN/LVN license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years home health care experience in infusion or related nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff responsible for arranging patient care.
• Supervises and evaluates quality and effectiveness of patient care across the support team.
• Manages scheduling needs and staffing availability.
• Coordinates with nursing leadership and other departments for patient deliveries and visits.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
