Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Support Supervisor to assist the Area Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager in ensuring compliant delivery of prescribed therapies. This role oversees schedulers and clerks within the nursing support staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, addressing complaints, and ensuring adequate staffing. A strong background in home health and compliance with regulations is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; minimum experience in home health care and/or managing people.
• Experience applying knowledge of local, State, Federal, accrediting body, and OSHA rules and regulations.
• Basic level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, including formatting and basic functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff responsible for arranging patient care.
• Supervises and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of patient care across the support team.
• Manages scheduling and staffing needs, and coordinates nursing activities.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
