Job summary

Option Care Health in Sacramento seeks a Nursing Supervisor to provide direct and indirect patient care under a physician plan of care and in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, CPR certification, and nursing supervisory/leadership experience. Travel to patient locations is expected as part of home infusion services, with opportunities to train staff and ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience or 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Required certification in CPR.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under physician plan of care.
• Oversee patient assessment, care planning and education.
• Monitor progress toward goals and adjust care plan as needed.
• Act as Administrator and/or Director of Nursing when needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with operations on plan of care and staffing.
• Supervise staff and evaluate performance.
• Participate in continuing education and staff development.
