Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Roswell, GA area. The nurse will provide direct infusion care, educate patients, and coordinate with pharmacists, prescribers, and home care partners to ensure safe patient outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure, IV/care expertise, and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations. Competitive wages and benefits are offered in a dynamic, patient-focused home-infusion setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by state Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion background preferred.
• ICU or Cardiac care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion nursing care and patient education.
• Coordinate with care team and community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and POTs per policy.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
