Soleo Health Inc. is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Marietta, GA area. You will provide direct patient care, education, and coordination with the care team in home or alternate sites.

The role requires RN licensure and infusion therapy experience; on-call rotation is required, with potential for travel within a 1-hour radius. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license with state Board of Nursing in good standing.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion therapy preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation including some nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Educate patients/care partners on safe administration of home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment and identify safety interventions.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the team.
• Coordinate care and communicate scheduling changes.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to support services.
