Qualifications

• Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred.
• Administrative oversight and compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients and collaborate with care team members.
• Evaluate and educate patient/care partner for safe home infusion therapy.
• Document all patient encounters and communications in accordance with policy.
