Job summary

S Soleo Health Inc is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Atlanta, GA area. The role focuses on direct patient care, education, and coordination with the care team in a home or alternate site setting.

The position requires an active RN license, at least 3 years of nursing infusion experience, and willingness to participate in on-call coverage including nights and weekends. Mileage reimbursement is provided along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• ICU and/or Cardiac Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned infusion patients, coordinating with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, and home care partners.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe home infusion therapies and care plans.
• Assess home environments and implement safety interventions for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the care team.
• Document all encounters and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to ensure continuous support.
