S Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Dacula, GA area. The role involves direct patient care, education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe home infusion services.

Applicants should hold an active RN license and have infusion therapy experience. The position requires on-call rotation, driving to patient homes, and adherence to Soleo policies and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with state board.
• BSN degree preferred from accredited program.
• 3+ years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• ICU and/or Cardiac Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including initiation and maintenance of home infusion therapy.
• Educate patient and care partner on safely administering therapy at home.
• Assess home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with other team members.
• Maintain timely documentation of encounters and care activities.
