Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state where practicing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy background.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care for assigned patients and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home infusion therapy and safety.
• Assess home environment for safety and appropriateness of care.
• Develop and evaluate Plan of Care with team.
• Manage schedule using company system and communicate changes.
