Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Alpharetta, GA and surrounding areas. The role requires administering and coordinating infusion therapies, with a focus on home care settings and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should have an active RN license, a BSN preferred, and past infusion experience. On-call, driving flexibility, and driving up to an hour are expected as part of field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy and coordination with care team.
• Educate patient and care partner to ensure safe administration of home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment and plan care in conjunction with team to ensure safety and effectiveness.
