Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and adherence to the physician plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and infusion nursing experience; travel to patients’ homes is expected. Comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred; hospital or home infusion experience a plus.
• Experience with infusion therapy and patient education required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, educates patients and families.
• Monitors patient progress and communicates with physician/clinical team.
• Discharges planning and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
• Supervises and mentors staff when applicable; adheres to HIPAA and policy.
