Job summary

Naven Health is a nationwide home infusion nursing network delivering specialized infusion care. An Infusion Nurse I provides direct patient care in home or alternate infusion sites under supervision, ensuring safety and adherence to the physician's plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and up to 2 years of infusion nursing experience, with travel to patients' homes as needed. Comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing care plans.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Documents care in the chart and communicates with the clinical team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and follows up on patient progress.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
