Naven Health is a nationwide home infusion nursing network delivering specialized infusion care. An Infusion Nurse I provides basic direct patient care in the home or infusion site under supervision, ensuring patient safety and adherence to physician plans.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 0-2 years infusion nursing experience, with travel to patient homes a key component of the job. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements nursing plans of care and administers medications.
• Provides direct patient care in home or infusion site under supervisor.
• Communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care and timely documentation.
• Completes real-time documentation during visits for billing and compliance.
• Participates in discharge planning and coordinates with care teams.
