Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in home or infusion sites under supervision. You will implement nursing plans of care, administer medications, educate patients, and coordinate with the Clinical team to ensure safe, continuous care.

Requires an active RN license, CPR, and basic infusion nursing competencies. Travel to patient homes is expected as part of the role, with emphasis on safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 1 year infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plans of care.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Coordinates with clinicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Documents clinical care in real time and communicates changes to the team.
