Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or infusion sites, under supervision. You will administer therapies, educate patients and families, and document care in real time while ensuring safety and compliance.

Requires an active RN license, CPR, and ability to travel 100% for client visits. BSN preferred and experience in infusion nursing is valued.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred; home health or acute care acceptable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to travel 100% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and administers infusion treatments per physician orders.
• Provides patient education and family training for home therapy.
• Documents care in real-time and ensures continuity of care.
• Coordinates with clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintains safety, HIPAA, and compliance during visits.
