Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide safe, direct patient care in homes or infusion sites under supervision. This role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to manage plans of care and document visits in real time.

You will collaborate with the Clinical team, coordinate discharge planning, and educate patients and families while adhering to HIPAA and agency policies. Travel to patient locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• 1 year of previous experience as an RN in a home health or acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Provides direct patient care, performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries with patient instructions.
• Prepares clinical documentation in real-time during visits and ensures timely billing documentation.
