Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver high-quality care in home or alternate infusion sites under supervision. The role emphasizes patient safety, adherence to physician plans of care, and consistent documentation during visits.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license in the state, have infusion nursing experience or strong clinical nursing skills, and possess CPR certification. Travel to patient homes is required, with a focus on compliant, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification required (an in-person class is required per company policy).

Responsabilités

• Provides basic direct patient care in home or infusion site under supervision and plan of care.
• Administers medications, educates patients and families, and updates physician on status and changes.
• Completes real-time documentation and coordinates with the clinical team to ensure billing and compliance.
