Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in homes or infusion sites, under supervision, ensuring patient safety and adherence to physician plans of care.

The role requires an Active RN license, CPR, and infusion experience. Travel is involved; familiarity with electronic medical records is preferred, with an emphasis on accurate documentation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred or required depending on setting.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in home or alternate infusion site.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Document care in real time and coordinate with clinical team.
• Communicate changes in patient status to physicians promptly.
