Job summary

Naven Health in California is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in-home or at an infusion site, under supervision, following a physician plan of care. You will document care in real time and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure safety and continuity of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and infusion nursing experience; travel to patient homes is expected. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification as required by policy.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Experience delivering care in home or alternate infusion setting.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Evaluates patient progress towards goals and educates patients and families.
• Documents care and communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinates discharge planning and provides patient instructions.
