Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion site under supervision. You will implement nursing plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families to support therapy goals.

The position requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience. You will collaborate with a Clinical team to ensure safe, compliant care and timely documentation.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and documents physician orders.
• Provides patient and family teaching to achieve independence with prescribed therapy.
• Communicates with Clinical team, providers, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries with patient instructions.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Uses computers/automation to validate orders and document care.
• Responds to patient requests and initiates emergency procedures as needed.
• Maintains ethical conduct and HIPAA compliance.
• Speaks knowledgeably about services and educates patients on plan of care.
• Attends training modules and may supervise paraprofessionals in home setting.
