Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic nursing services in patients' homes or alternate infusion sites, under physician plans of care. Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, documentation, and education, with supervision from a nurse manager.

Ability to travel will be required. Active RN licensure, CPR certification, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to travel to patient homes for infusion care.
• Basic computer skills for real-time documentation.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care.
• Provides direct patient care, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Documents care in real time and communicates with the clinical team.
• Assists with discharge planning and patient education.
