Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver patient care in home or infusion sites under physician plans. You will work under supervision, performing treatments, meds administration, and patient education to ensure safe, continuous care.

Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating with the clinical team, and supporting discharge planning. Requires active RN license and CPR, plus basic computer skills for charting and billing. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills for documenting care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and updates nursing plans of care during visits.
• Provides direct patient care, performs treatments and administers medications.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents in real-time.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares patient instructions.
