Job summary

Naven Health seeks an Infusion Nurse I to deliver basic direct patient care in the home or infusion site under supervision. You will ensure patient safety, follow the physician’s care plan, and document care in real time for billing and continuity of care.

Requires an active RN license in the practice state, 0–2 years infusion nursing experience, and CPR certification. Will travel up to 100% to patient homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Assesses patient needs and status and communicates changes to physicians.
• Provides patient and family education for independence with prescribed therapies.
