Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is hiring an Intake Specialist – Home IV to accurately enter patient demographics and insurance into CPR+ and to email notifications to sales staff. You will collaborate with Insurance Case Managers and Clinical Nurse Managers to support quality care and process improvement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Prior healthcare experience and proficiency with MS Outlook/Word/Excel are preferred. Palmetto Infusion emphasizes compassionate patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Enter new patient demographics and insurance into CPR+.
• Send e‑mail alerts on all new referrals.
• Complete referrals timely and accurately.
• Communicate effectively in a warm, helpful manner.
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
